This class is taught as a semi- private 5 and 6 week pre-registered series at the Integrative Health Institute. Each class is tailored specifically to suit the needs of the individuals participating. Practicing this way is most beneficial for those seeking a more focused and personalized approach to yoga. Recommended for people with recovering from various injuries and ailments. Classes are limited to a maximum of 5 people per session.
