Sessions begin with mindfulness, followed by functional movements and mobility exercises and end with guided relaxation.
This collection of videos were made for my students that experience neck and back pain, achy joints, mental fatigue and chronic stress but can't access traditional forms of yoga and exercise. Our Seated and Sit & Stand Flows offer very simple movements that you can do at home by yourself or with a caregiver. The Standing & Matseries is more challenging than the other videos in this collection as they require the ability to stand without support and move on the floor.
