Join us for classes that focus on helping to reduce stress, aches and pains, increase muscle strength, and improve mood. Classes are designed to restore and improve the function of the body using a combination of yoga techniques, mobility drills and body weight exercises to help our students feel better. Each of the techniques selected are practical and useful, with a focus on breath and alignment, and end with guided meditation and relaxation.
Our goal is to help people do more of what they love. We want our students to spend less time dealing with aches and pains, with feelings of stress and worry, and more time doing the things that they enjoy doing.
