Chair yoga is a safe and effective way for seniors and people with limited movement to relieve stress, stay active,
and improve mobility.
Our classes are sequenced and designed based on the needs and abilities of the participants. Sessions begin with breathing exercises, followed by gentle stretches, muscle strengthening and end with relaxing meditation.
All activities are done with a chair or wheelchair and are closely monitored by the teacher to ensure safe practice.
