What we OfferWe offer virtual live stream and pre-recorded classes.
Our programs are simple, accessible and specifically designed without the need for added props for participants to practice. Our classes are sequenced and designed based on the needs and abilities of the participants. Sessions begin with mindfulness, followed by functional movements and joint mobility and end with breathing and relaxing meditation. (Due to covid-19 restrictions, all in person classes have been cancelled until further notice). Benefits of Yoga Include
