CHAIR YOGA  &  MOBILITY 


Chair yoga is a safe and effective way for seniors and people with limited movement to relieve stress,  stay active, 
​improve mobility and maintain strength. 
We teach a non dogmatic, no- fluff approach to yoga.
​It's functional, fun and helps people feel better!
​Our philosophy is simple, if you can breathe you can do yoga. 
​Our goal is to help people do more with the time that they have. We want our students to spend less time with aches and pains, with feelings of worry and fear, and more time doing the things that they enjoy doing.

Chair yoga gives people a chance to relax, relieve stresses, aches and pains and become part of a social group.

All activities are done with a chair or wheelchair and are monitored by  the teacher to ensure safe practice. ​

What we Offer

We offer virtual live stream and pre-recorded classes. 

Our programs are 
simple, accessible and specifically designed  without the need for added props  for participants to practice.

Our classes are sequenced and designed based
on the needs and abilities of the participants. 

Sessions begin with mindfulness, followed by functional movements and joint mobility and end with breathing
​and relaxing meditation.
​
(Due to covid-19 restrictions,
 all in person classes have been cancelled until further notice).
