Chair yoga is a safe and effective way for seniors and people with limited movement to relieve stress, stay active, improve mobility and maintain strength. Our philosophy is simple, if you can breathe you can do yoga . Chair Yoga was created with the intent of making yoga practices simple and accessible for people with limited mobility, injuries and working through various health issues.
Our ClassesOur classes are sequenced and designed based on the needs and abilities of the participants. Sessions begin with breathing exercises, followed by gentle stretches, muscle strengthening and end with relaxing meditation. All activities are done with a chair or wheelchair and are closely monitored by
