Our classes are designed to restore and improve the function of the body using various yoga techniques and mobility exercises. Each technique selected are practical and accessible, with a focus on breathing and alignment, are adapted and modified for all levels of practitioners.

Chair Yoga & MobilityChair yoga is a safe and effective way for people with limited movement to relieve stress, stay active, improve mobility
and maintain strength. We teach a non dogmatic, no- fluff approach to yoga. It's functional, fun and helps people feel better! |
