"I've appreciated studying with you. What I particularly like is that you are working with an older population. A lot of trainings I have seen are for people (of all ages) in larger bodies which is great, but often, if younger, those people don't have the same kind of restrictions as the people we work with. So the teacher might immediately ask the students to raise the arms above the head, for example, whereas you build up to that really slowly, testing the edges of the students' range of motion, and I appreciate that. It can be difficult for people to trust a teacher with their bodies once their mobility is restricted, and I feel that your gentle way of working and layering movements can really help to build that trust."
