Weekly Classes

​​Join us for classes that focus on reducing stress,
lessen aches and pains, and improve mood. ​

Our goal is to help people feel better. We want our students to spend less time dealing with aches and pains,
with feelings of stress and worry, and more time doing the things that matter with ease.  

​Classes are designed to restore mobility and help our students feel better 
using a combination of yoga techniques, mobility drills and body weight exercises. ​

Sessions begin with mindfulness, followed by functional movements and mobility exercises 
and end with guided relaxation.

All weekly classes are currently on hold for the next few months while Natalie is on maternity leave.

Functional Yoga & Mobility​

Saturday's @ 10 am -11:10 am EST
This is an energizing morning class. Classes are designed
​help people to restore mobility with a combination of  yoga techniques, mobility drills and body weight exercises. ​
​
Each of the techniques selected are practical and useful,
with a focus on breath and alignment, and end with
​guided meditation and relaxation.
​
* Requires the ability to get up and down from the floor with relative ease.

Chair Yoga & Mobility

Monday's @ 11 am- 11:30 am EST 
These classes are simple, accessible and specifically 
designed with minimal props for
participants to practice. 


Chair Yoga is beneficial for people who: are unable to move up and down from the floor with ease, don't feel like traditional yoga classes and exercises are accessible, are working through mobility issues and limitations and need mental and physical relaxation. 

Virtual Therapeutic Yoga Series 

These classes focus on relieving stress and pain, helping people prepare for better sleep and recovery. 
 
​Each class is tailored specifically to suit the needs of the individuals participating.
Practising this way is most beneficial and recommended for people with recovering
from various injuries and ailments, seeking a more focused and personalized approach to yoga.
