Class Schedule
Join us for classes that focus on reducing stress,
lessen aches and pains, and improve mood.
Our goal is to help people feel better. We want our students to spend less time dealing with aches and pains,
with feelings of stress and worry, and more time doing the things that matter with ease.
Classes are designed to restore mobility and help our students feel better
using a combination of yoga techniques, mobility drills and body weight exercises.
Sessions begin with mindfulness, followed by functional movements and mobility exercises
and end with guided relaxation.
