Our Chair Yoga programs offers very simple movements that you can do at home by yourself or with your caregiver.
Classes are designed to restore mobility and help our students feel better using a combination of yoga techniques, mobility drills and body weight exercises. Each of the techniques selected are practical and useful, with a focus on breath and alignment, and end with guided meditation and relaxation.
