Chair Yoga & Mobility ​Online with Natalie       

Chair yoga is a safe and effective way for people with limited movement
to relieve stress, stay active, improve mobility and maintain strength. 

We aim to make yoga practices simple, accessible, and provide an environment of support for those 
working through various injuries and health issues. ​​

These classes focus on the essential movements that our body needs on a daily
basis to stay mobile and improve our mood and mental health.


​It's a non dogmatic, no- fluff approach to yoga.
​It's functional, fun and helps people feel better!​

​Classes are beneficial for people who:
​
  • are unable to move up and down from the floor with ease
  • don't feel like traditional yoga classes and exercises are accessible
  • have limited time
  • are working through mobility issues and limitations
  • need mental and physical relaxation
  • want to engage in movement but fear getting injured​

Chair Yoga & Mobility Video Library 

These classes are simple, accessible and specifically designed with minimal props 
for participants to practice. 

Sessions begin with mindfulness, followed by functional movements and mobility exercises and end with guided relaxation.

This collection of videos were made for my students that experience neck and back pain, achy joints,
​mental fatigue and chronic stress but can't access traditional forms of yoga and exercise.

​
Our Seated and Sit & Stand Flows offer very simple movements that you can do
at home by yourself or with a caregiver. The Standing & Mat series is more challenging than the other
videos in this collection as they require the ability to stand without support and move on the floor.
