Our goal is to help people feel better. We want our students to spend less time dealing with aches and pains, with feelings of stress and worry, and more time doing the things that make them feel good.
Classes are designed to restore mobility and help our students feel better using a combination of yoga techniques, mobility drills and body weight exercises.

6 - Week Virtual Therapeutic Yoga Series
This class is taught as a semi- private 6 week pre-registered series with the Integrative Health Institute. Each class is tailored specifically to suit the needs of the individuals participating. Practising this way is most beneficial and recommended for people with recovering from various injuries and ailments. seeking a more focused and personalized approach to yoga. Classes are limited to a maximum of 10 people per session.
