Clubbell Yoga

Clubbell Yoga is a mind-body practice of strength and intelligent movement. It is non dogmatic, grounded in precision, anatomical alignment and breath. The practice itself is empowering, graceful, challenging cultivates the flow state. 
Clubbell Yoga is highly beneficial because it utilizes multiple planes of movement simultaneously. Most conventional fitness training teaches you to push, or pull or squat or lunge, whereas  Clubbell Yoga integrates rotation, lateral flexion and core stability into each and every exercise.  Clubbell Yoga specific exercises usually train at least two or more degrees of freedom at once, providing maximum performance benefits. ​​ 
CBY trains the body in 6D. The 6 degrees of freedom train: 
Heave - moving up and down
Surge - moving forward and backward
Sway - moving laterally side to side
Roll - lateral flexion of the spine
Pitch - extension and flexion of the spine
Yaw - rotation about the Y-axis of the spine

She trained personally with Summer Huntington, CBY Founder ,  in June of 2017. Her background in Yoga Therapy gives her a unique ability to  help individuals relieve pain, rehabilitate injuries and develop meaningful home practices that are modified and selected according to their  goals and needs.
