Our Services 

We offer live virtual and on-demand style classes. 
Our classes are designed to restore and improve the function of the body using various yoga techniques and mobility exercises. Each technique selected are practical and accessible, with a focus on breathing and alignment, are adapted and modified for all levels of practitioners.
​​Our teachers aim to provide accessible yoga practices that are adapted and modified for all levels of practitioners, even absolute beginners and people who may be working through injuries and limited mobility. Our Teachers are  fully insured and have undergone a minimum of 200 hours yoga teacher training. ​

Mat Classes

Classes are designed to restore and improve the function of the body using
a combination of  yoga techniques,

mobility drills and body weight exercises.

Each of the techniques selected are practical and useful, with a focus on
breath and alignment, 
and end with guided meditation and relaxation.

Sit and Stand 

Chair yoga is a safe and effective way for people with limited movement to relieve stress,  stay active,  improve mobility
and maintain strength.

We teach a non dogmatic, no- fluff approach to yoga. It's functional, fun and helps people feel better!

Lunch & Learn Workshops

 These workshops provide simple methods of applying movement and meditation that anyone can use to reduce stress, increase focus and improve mental health.

You will learn how stress affects the brain and evidence based yoga practices to educate and  empower people to add mediation into their daily lives!
Workshops range from 30 min-1 hour.

The Tech:
  • Computer, laptop or smart phone with a working speaker
  • Access to the internet
  • Download Zoom App
  • Optional:  wireless earbuds
The Props:
  • Yoga mat
  • adequate space to move your body around
  • Optional: Yoga blocks (x 2 ), a chair or bench can be used to substitute; a small tennis ball or rubber ball;  a wooden dowel or broomstick or towel
