Therapeutic Flow 

This class is taught as a semi- private 5 and 6 week pre-registered series at the Integrative Health Institute.  Each class is tailored specifically to suit the needs of the individuals participating. Practising this way is most beneficial for those seeking a more focused and personalized approach to yoga.   Recommended for people with recovering from various injuries and ailments. 
Classes are limited to a maximum of 5 people per session. 

What is Functional Yoga and Mobility ? 

Classes are designed to restore and improve the function of the body using various yoga techniques and mobility exercises .Each of the techniques selected are practical and useful, rather than attractive, with a focus on breathing and alignment .Benefits of this class include improved joint range of motion, posture, muscle strength , body awareness,  mood, as well as reduced compensation patterns and prevent injuries. As a certified Yoga Therapist, Natalie ensures her classes are safe and accessible for people with various injuries and ailments. Move smart. Feel better. Think clearer. Live well. 

Clubbell Yoga


Intro to Clubbell Yoga is a 5 week program designed to introduce  individuals to the power of strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT)
​and loaded yoga poses.


Combining Clubbell training and Hatha Yoga develops a precision approach for building a strong, functional, agile, pain-free and healthy physique which
​can address real life challenges.
