“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement,                                           you should include all things in your gratitude.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Cultivating gratitude is one of the simplest ways we can begin to improve our health and well-being. It has been shown that gratitude can improve moods and depressive states, helps to reduce stress and improve our immune function, as well as cultivate better relationships to others.

What are you grateful for? At this moment one of the things I am most grateful for is the opportunity to teach and be apart of the amazing team of health care providers at the Integrative Health Institute.
I created a "gratitude yoga flow" video for them and for you as a way of offering a tangible practice to  experience gratitude through breath work and movement. I will be posting more on this theme and creating a challenge on on Instagram in a few weeks! Follow me for details @smyogini : )

Wishing you all the best in health and wellness!
